I’ve acquired several new items for my collection full of patterns deisgned for service men and women during World War II. I’m very fond of patterns from the 1940s and have always had an interest in the “home front” aspect of WWII.
They also serve who only stand and wait knit.

I’ve written up my favourite glove pattern (as I’ve adapted it from the vintage original). I figure that my modern rewrite is probably easier to follow than the original.
